James and Fiona Coombs - Senior Leaders

James took on Senior Leadership of the church in August 2015 and along with his wife, Fiona head up the leadership team. Their three young daughters keep them up to speed with the latest music and fashions!!

Both James & Fiona completed a theology course (run by the Salt & Light family of churches); Fiona in July 1994 and James in July 2015 which has helped shape their passion for wanting to see God's people developed and released into their giftings and callings.

Phil and Hannah Haines - Co Leaders

Phil and Hannah work closely with James and Fiona in carrying forward the overall leadership of the church. Phil was employed as full time co-leader of SKCC in February 2016. They have two young children who keep their days full of fun and challenge!

Phil & Hannah also completed the Salt & Light Bible college course in the year ending June 2010 and have a heart for serving others.

Vincent and Julie Oliver - Leadership Team

Vincent and Julie both serve on the leadership team and continue to work in numerous areas across the life of the church having done so for many years. Julie has a particular heart for Romania and has led many teams over 20+ years to Brasov and surrounding areas.

Since mid 2023, Vincent has accepted a generalised oversight of the church's indirect connection with Napier (disused) Barracks, which is used by the Home Office as a rolling placement for asylum-seekers. In effect, he acts as first point of reference for asylum seekers who choose to attend this church during their 11-12 week stay, keeping church and refugees aware of ways we can offer support.

Joyce Rawlings - Finance & Administration /Leadership Team

Joyce is married to John, and has two daughters. She has worked for SKCC since April 2001 and is responsible for the finance and administration of the church as well as serving on the leadership team.

Barney Ridgwell - Youth and Children's work/Leadership Team

Barney is married to Kayleigh. They moved to Folkestone in 2013 after feeling called to "up camp and move on" from where they were living in Chichester, West Sussex. Barney works full time for SKCC leading the youth work and overseeing the children's work.
