James and Fiona Coombs - Senior LeadersJames took on Senior Leadership of the church in August 2015 and along with his wife, Fiona head up the leadership team. James having previously worked for the NHS began full time employment with SKCC in July 2019. Fiona works as a Safeguarding Adviser for the Diocese of Canterbury. Their three young daughters keep them up to speed with the latest music and fashions!! Both James & Fiona completed a theology course (run by the Salt & Light family of churches); Fiona in July 1994 and James in July 2015 which has helped shape their passion for wanting to see God's people developed and released into their giftings and callings. |

Phil and Hannah Haines - Co Leaders
Phil & Hannah also completed the Salt & Light Bible college course in the year ending June 2010 and have a heart for serving others. |

Vincent and Julie Oliver - Leadership Team
Since mid 2023, Vincent has accepted a generalised oversight of the church's indirect connection with Napier (disused) Barracks, which is used by the Home Office as a rolling placement for asylum-seekers. In effect, he acts as first point of reference for asylum seekers who choose to attend this church during their 11-12 week stay, keeping church and refugees aware of ways we can offer support. |
Joyce Rawlings - Finance & Administration /Leadership Team

Barney Ridgwell - Youth and Children's work/Leadership TeamBarney is married to Kayleigh. They moved to Folkestone in 2013 after feeling called to "up camp and move on" from where they were living in Chichester, West Sussex. Barney works full time for SKCC leading the youth work and overseeing the children's work.
